بدأ الدم يتدفق إلى وجنتيها من شدة الخجل،فأبتسم. أحست أن مرها قد فضح. وضعت يديها فوق وجنتيها، كانتا شديدتا السخونة،فألتفتت تداري خجلها عنه ،لكنه باغتها بقوله "أحِبُّكِ". تسمرّت، توقف تدفق الدم إلى وجنتيها ، تجمدت،كل شيء توقف. لم تعد تحس بشيء سوى تسارع دقات قلبها مع تواتر تلك الكلمة في أذنها و كأنها صدى...
